All pre-existing H2O Digital Solutions LLC intellectual property, methodologies, and frameworks remain the property of H2O Digital Solutions LLC.

• Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in the project agreement

Project timelines and deliverables will be agreed upon before work begins. While we strive to meet all deadlines:

• Client delays in providing feedback or approvals may extend project timelines

8. Limitation of Liability
